I thought this was a very good show and it reflects situations I've gone through ever since middle school. I'm a 20 year old female. I'm not prissy or very feminine at all. I'm not superficial and I would never be mistaken for the cheerleader type. I have good hygiene and like to wear nice, name brand clothes. Although, I do not have any tatoos or piercings, no dyed hair, no fake extensions or fake nails, and I don't wear makeup. I'm very confident and like the natural me. I keep myself clean and shaven and decent but I just don't add anything to myself that I know isn't me. People have always prejudged me and 99% of the time they have been wrong. All throughout school nobody ever took the time to get to know me before they judged me. I really felt like this show was opening up the eyes of others to something I've faced my whole life. Also, I noticed that the issue of race came up a lot and I myself prefer to date interracial. I think that a good topic to bring up would be how your social class comes into relationships. Like in my situation coming from a low income family I see it easier to relate with someone who has gone through some of the same tribulations. Also, looking around I find that people are more likely to date within their social/economic class that may be of a different race as opposed to someone in a higher or lower social class from them but of the same race. Just a though. Thanks!
